Help Center
Answers for onboarding, strategies, analytics, pricing, and the weekly operating habits behind a better CS2 stack.
What this help center covers
This section explains how ProStack is used in practice: onboarding a roster, reviewing scrims, building strategy boards, and understanding which team signals deserve attention first.
How do I create my first stack?
Go to Dashboard > Stacks > Create Stack, add a name your team recognizes, and invite teammates with your code. Most rosters start with one active stack and one map review routine.
Why is AI disabled in demo mode?
To protect API credits. AI is fully available after sign in according to your plan.
Can I build strategies before connecting Steam?
Yes. You can use the public demo strategy editor without Steam login, which is useful for testing map structures before bringing in live roster data.
What is included in VIP?
Unlimited stacks, unlimited AI analyses, advanced insights, and priority support.
Recommended first-week playbook
- Create one stack and confirm who owns IGL, entry support, and review notes.
- Pick two maps and document one T default plus one CT retake setup for each.
- Review three rounds after every scrim: a conversion loss, a utility mistake, and a close late-round loss.
