1. The service
ProStack CS2 is a web application for Counter-Strike 2 groups of two to five players. It helps you review public Steam statistics, organise a stack, assign roles, design strategies and optionally generate AI-assisted reviews. Core features are free; some features require a paid VIP subscription.
2. Eligibility and your account
- You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.
- You sign in through Steam OpenID. We do not receive or store your Steam password.
- You are responsible for activity carried out through your Steam account and for keeping access to that account secure.
- You must comply with the Steam Subscriber Agreement and Valve’s rules when using the service.
- One person should not maintain multiple accounts to circumvent limits, bans or billing rules.
3. Free and paid plans
The Free plan includes the limits shown on the pricing page. The VIP plan is billed monthly or yearly at the price displayed at checkout. Prices are shown in euros and include applicable taxes where required. We may change prices for future billing periods with reasonable notice; changes do not affect a period you have already paid for.
4. Subscriptions, renewal, cancellation and refunds
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before renewal.
- You can cancel from the billing portal in your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges; access normally continues until the end of the paid period.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card details.
- If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or UK, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. By starting a paid digital service immediately, you ask us to begin performance and acknowledge that the withdrawal right may be lost once the service has been fully provided. This does not affect mandatory rights.
- If you believe a charge is wrong, contact us before starting a chargeback so we can investigate. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
- We may offer refunds at our discretion where required by law or where the service was not delivered as described.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Break the law or infringe the rights of others.
- Attempt to access accounts, stacks or systems without authorisation.
- Upload malware, scrape the service at scale, or bypass rate limits and security controls.
- Harass players, publish unlawful content, or use the service to dox or harm someone.
- Resell, sublicense or misrepresent the service as your own.
- Use the service to build a competing dataset by automated extraction without written permission.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of the stack names, descriptions, strategies and other content you create. You grant us a limited licence to host, display and process that content to operate the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share it. We may remove content that violates these terms or applicable law.
7. AI output is not professional advice
AI reviews are generated suggestions based on public statistics and the context you provide. They can be inaccurate, incomplete or outdated. They are not coaching, legal, financial or medical advice, and they do not guarantee improved performance. You are responsible for the decisions you take in and around the game.
8. Third-party services and affiliate links
The service relies on Steam, PS_Database, Vercel, Stripe and Groq. Their terms and privacy policies also apply to their services. Some outbound links are affiliate links; we may earn a commission if you buy through them, at no extra cost to you. Affiliate links are labelled. We are not responsible for third-party websites or products.
9. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available, but maintenance, provider outages, security incidents or events outside our control may interrupt it. We may add, change or remove features. If we discontinue a paid feature, we will provide a reasonable remedy, such as a pro-rata refund where appropriate.
10. Intellectual property
The ProStack name, logo, interface and original code are protected by intellectual-property law. Counter-Strike, CS2, Steam and related marks belong to Valve Corporation. We are independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Valve. Third-party assets remain the property of their owners.
11. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that Steam statistics are accurate or complete, that the service will be uninterrupted, or that AI output will be correct. Mandatory consumer warranties are not excluded.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of data or loss of goodwill arising from the service. Our total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or €50 if you use the Free plan. Nothing limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
13. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, if required by law, or to protect the service and other users. Where reasonable, we will give notice and an opportunity to export data. You can request deletion of your account by contacting us.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes in the service or the law. The current version is always published on this page. Material changes will be notified in the product or by email before they take effect where required. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
15. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us at pausilvest@gmail.com so we can try to resolve the issue. Consumers may also use their local consumer-protection body or the courts competent under mandatory law.
